By placing an order with Mystique Direct you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:



All prices shown on this Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. When you submit an order for a printed product or any other of our services your credit / debit card will automatically be charged, this may include any other additional charges, taxes and shipping/handling fees. We require payment in full and will not proceed with your order until payment has been received.

Mystique Online will not be held responsible for any bank fees or charges that may have incurred for any transaction.


Once an order has been placed it is not possible to cancel this order without incurring a $20.00 administration fee.

Once an order has been approved for production, (if applicable) it is not possible to cancel the order or to make changes to the artwork or any of the job specifications including delivery date.

If you waive the right to a PDF Proof you have 24 hours to cancel your order from the time it was placed, in writing to [email protected]  If you fail to do so within the 24 hours’ time frame your order is deemed to be approved and it is not possible to cancel this order.


Mystique Online prides itself on offering highest quality printed products at the best prices available and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact [email protected] within 5 working days of delivery and one of our customer service representatives will be more than happy to help.

If it is deemed that we have supplied an inferior product through printing / finishing errors we will rectify the problem and reprint your order at our cost.


It is the User’s responsibility to supply print ready artwork prepared for commercial printing. Mystique Online checks all artwork before printing and we do our best to inform our customers of any artwork errors, however you are still 100% responsible for accuracy of the print ready files. By uploading your artwork you are agreeing that it is print ready, accurate, free of any transparencies or file errors. If the artwork supplied is deemed unsuitable for commercial print, artwork services are available from Mystique Online and are charged according to the complexity of the file errors at hand.

If change of artwork is required once the order has been submitted and but before artwork approval, a file handling fee of $25.00 will be charged to your credit / debit card per file.

Mystique Online takes every precaution to safeguard your materials; however we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.

Under the terms of these Terms and Conditions, it is deemed that you have agreed that you will NOT upload any artwork which contains any of the following material: offensive, indecent or improper material, any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. Mystique Print Pty Ltd will refuse an order, which in our opinion may be illegal in nature or an infringement on the rights of any third party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. We reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing a reason.

Artwork setup

For artwork to be set up correctly for commercial printing we require the following:

Mystique Print Pty Ltd does not accept any reasonability for printing or finishing errors which have occurred due to artwork which has been incorrectly supplied.


If you have requested a PDF proof, this will be emailed to you for your approval once we have received your order. The turnaround times from when you receive the proof will vary depending on our current workload or file errors if any. If you have requested a PDF proof your job will not be scheduled into production without prior approval unless otherwise waived. It is the customer’s responsibility check their email and approve the PDF proof, we are not responsible for any delays which may have been caused by non-approval of the proof.

The PDF proof is not an accurate colour reproduction of your final printed product,
it is a preview of your press-ready file, allowing you to examine and confirm layout, text, image placement and content before your order goes to production. PDF proofs do not show colour change from files which have been converted from RGB / Pantone to CMYK nor do they show transparencies or over print issues.

A PDF proof must be regarded as a separate file from the original file submitted and we rely on your thorough inspection of the proof to detect and correct any errors. It should be checked against the original file. It is your responsibility for all that is contained in the final approved proof.

Hard copy proofs are available upon request at the time of order and involve an additional charges.

Colour reproduction

Mystique Online will endeavour reproduce colour submitted from press-ready files as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match colour and density. Various conditions affect colour reproduction and colours may vary from day to day and printing press to printing press because of these inherent imitations the accuracy of colour reproduction cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to print your job on the offset or digital printing presses. Mystique Print Pty Ltd will not be liable for any reprint as a result of colour fluctuations, densities or variations and by placing an order you are agreeing to these limitations.

No Liability for Errors

Mystique Online does not accept responsibility for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:

Colour  fluctuations, densities or variations, bleeds, wrong cuts, cracks on folds, incorrect or missing folds, crop marks, finished product size, die lines, transparency, overprint issues, misspelling, graphics, grammar, damage fonts and punctuation.

Turnaround Time

The 7 working day turnaround time from when your order has been placed, print ready files received and proof approved (if applicable) it an estimate only. Where stated “working days” this relates to Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.

Deepening on your geographical location shipping alone may take up to 5 – 7 working days, if your requirements are time sensitive a priory order service is available. Please state this at the time you place your order and we will contact you to discuss your requirements, additional charges apply.

In some cases order turnaround times may exceed the estimated time frame due to print ready file(s) not being received, delayed customer approval, equipment breakdown or production malfunction, goods delayed or lost in transit. As the order turnaround time is an estimate only, Mystique Print Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for costs in relation to orders not arriving by the estimated due date.


Orders will be dispatched and delivered by Australia Post or a nominated transport at our discretion. Mystique Online is responsible for manufacturing your printed product and handing it to a third party provider for delivery. We are not liable for damage or loss to your goods or liable for late deliveries once in the hands of the third party provider.


Mystique Direct nor any of their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors or assigns shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to, the use of or reliance upon this website, and any other website linked to this website, including any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other damages that you or others might suffer, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.

Mystique Direct nor any of their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors or assigns shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of jobs that are delayed either from within our production facility or by any third party provider and will not be held liable for any loss of earnings or any legal action taken as a result of a delay in production or delivery.

In the event of a printing error or transport damage any queries regarding printing or finishing errors must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods. If we confirm that the error is clearly identified as a printing or finishing error, all steps will be taken to rectify or re-print the job. Faulty goods must be returned to our factory for examination before a re-print can occur. Under no circumstances will a refund be given. If the problem is a result of incorrect artwork the client will be responsible for the reprinting and any associated costs.

Mystique Direct reserves the right to terminate the agreement with you at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion.

All materials we create in producing your printed product are the property of Mystique Online. Although these materials will NOT be sold or given to any other party, we reserve the right to distribute free samples of your printed product. Please note that your printed product or images used for your printed product will not be used in any national advertising without your prior written consent.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
